SCENARIO
This work is part of a meditation about the Sixteenth Summit on Climate Change (COP16), held in Cancun, Mexico, from November 29, 2010 ..., which are expected to lay down their attitudes industrialized countries of misunderstanding with the decision to bring "greater political will and action to save the world from global warming" (ALBA), aiming to achieve legal agreements all nations, principally the industrial-reduce emissions of greenhouse gases.
